By accessing or using the SchoolStacker platform ("the Platform"), operated by Stemlen Technologies ("Stemlen," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please cease access immediately.

SchoolStacker is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing school administration, academic management, fee payments, HR, communications, and data analytics tools to educational institutions ("Schools") and their users.

Subscribing institutions are issued a unique School ID upon onboarding. Administrators are responsible for safeguarding all account credentials, roles, and profiles registered under their School ID.

Access requires a valid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise plans). Subscription fees are calculated and billed per your designated contract or check-out details. Accounts with overdue payments may face temporary system suspension.

Each school retains full ownership of its databases, including student profiles, grades, fee ledgers, and parent details. Stemlen acts purely as a data processor handling operations under your explicit instructions.

We employ strict multi-tenant separation policies. No school workspace is granted read or write permissions to any other school's tenant records under any normal operating conditions.

Users must not attempt to disrupt services, test host vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer proprietary code, run automated crawlers, or use school portals to transmit illegal or harmful content.

Tuition payments made by parents are processed securely via Cashfree, a third-party PCI-DSS compliant processor. Stemlen is not liable for delayed payouts or gateway failures caused by third-party bank clearance networks.

We commit to a 99.9% uptime target. Scheduled platform maintenance is carried out during low-traffic periods and will be announced via system dashboards in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stemlen Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as data loss or business disruption) arising from your use of the platform.

Either party can terminate active subscriptions per the terms of your contract. Upon cancellation, school administrators may request database backups and transcripts within a 30-day export window.

Stemlen may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continuing to access school portals after changes are published constitutes agreement to the updated guidelines.

These terms and agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in courts holding relevant jurisdiction in India.
